Langkawi Gateaway

it was a very short holiday to langkawi with bj instructor (sharon), jenny, jason, kelvan & cindy. I remember the last time went there was 15 years ago, with my family and i was not sure had i've been there or not, mum told me that .....it was dad's company trip and we went there when i was very small.......yup, i totally had no memories of it, i still can remember i broke my dad's camera during the trip. Dad was so mad that time.

Day 01

Flight took off and all of us sat quite far away from each other. Jenny's seat were way in front of us. Bj instructor & cindy both sitting all alone, jason & kelvan luckly enough sittting together. Me..........., omg.......... i was surrounded by bucnh of strangers, sitting nex to me is a malay granny about 70 years old, on my the other hand is a mother with 2 babies and they couldn't stop crying. Babies cries, that NENEK sitting next to me kept laughing at something as i was reading flight magazine.....so both sites........ 'ngek ngek ngek ngek ngek'............. I was so the OMGOOOoooddd............ why am i sitting with all these peoples. I wanna make a move fast and get rid of them, changed seat and ran to bj instructor since she's sitting alone.

Touched down langkawi international airport but no pick up, and we were waiting while cindy calling the transport. After couples of minits, we took a van and drive us to hotel. Reached the hotel, the front desk lady served us with some welcome drinks while cindy helping us to check-in. It is a very standard hotel, room is normal got tv, shower room is not bad and all our 3 rooms is facing the seaview which so NICEEEE.

So we got the rooms, i'm sure everybody would like to have a room which facing the seaview cause it is an island, sandy beaches, crystal clear sea water, beautiful mountains, sky with clouds, and others small island........ wait......no lar.......where got all these so nice things....... i'm just keep typing whatever is in my mind, but as we staying in this 'Besta Villa' hotel, it's doesn't really got all these.......... i mean yes, we had all those i mention just now, accept no beach and the sea water not really clear.

There's nothing much about langkawi, most tourist came here is for the beaches and relaxation. We rent a car which can be seated for at least 6 persons. Jason was our driver....... but driving along the island can be really bored & tired, cause there's nothing to see around and each places is located few miles away from each other. And all the radio channels in langkawi are malay and they even got thai channels too.

1st stop: Craft complex, which is really boring, we spent bout less than 30 minutes to look around.

2nd stop: We stop at a jetty point, oooooooo.......very quiet here. we stop by had lunch. Walked around the area and took some nice photos.

3rd stop: Oriental Village, quite interesting & fun, we took our latin samba de janeiro jump here, me, bj instructor & jason.........hahahaha..... i like this part so much............ keep jumping and jumping till my shirt got wet, we were like having bodyjam filming here. Also, we met some bunch of cute rabbits and a little monkey, only 1 monkey. We bought some carrots and feed then. I was attacked by all the rabbits as i was sitting............ no pic of this part..........check out bj instructor's blog & her FB. She has all the nice pics.

Last stop: Afternoon drink in somewhere. Everywhere got duty free shops, so buying chocolates and all sources of alcohol are really cheap cheap cheap. Some of us spent almost rm100 above of the chocolates already hahaha.......... if we don't buy some here, back to KL the price is much more expensive. Then, we walked to the sport shop just opposite the 'Under Water World' or i should say the otherway around.........i don't care. I bought a nike 3 quater pants whith 30% off, actually i shouldn't buy it. OK, tha's fine.

After the whole day out, back to hotel for some relaxing swimming. While swimming, they did lots of funny & stubid stuffs.........lols. Jason & bj instructor kept doing the latin jump again.

Dinner just right behind our hotel and this seafood restaurant and as u can see the pic lots of western tourists. After dinner, we had a short walk in another duty free shop for just for digestion before our 'yam cha' session. We took a very funny video during the yam cha session in a mamak while cindy & jenny went for massage. Video is with bj instructor...................in the video jason so the jahat......hahahhaha..........

END OF 1ST DAY TOUR


Day 02

Got up very early just to catch the sunrise photo, me & bj instructor were rushing up & down, in & out around the hotel just to find where would be the sun rise from, and find the best place to snap the stubid SUNLIE (our language)............oops wrong spelling........is sunrise. But we didn't manage to get it. Because the stubid sun come out from no where. So, we were just taking the seaview & the sea water pics untill breakfast. We both shot a video just to summarise what's our plan for today. About the hotel breakfast........... not really nice. Don't wan to go so much details about it.

1st stop: Kuah town, all i wanna say is waaahoooo.........super HOT HOT. Bj instructor bought a bodygrove singlet, actually we all pushed her to buy it.........haha.... at least she bought something for herself.

2nd stop: We were some where at the beach site, very nice and very ZEN, this is what i wanted for my holiday trip, crystal clear water, white sandy beach and very peace. But damn.......... didn't bring swimming clothes......... but camera. I love beach................love it love it. No swimming clothes................DAMN IT.

3rd & last stop: This is the most interesting & exciting part in our entired trip in langkawi. We went for cable car and it's really high and we're going higher and higher untill some of us could not take it and holding hands.............. jajajajajaaaaaaaaa.............. as we reached the top, started non-stop snapping photos of the view, and here we did it again, me & bj instructor did the latin jump here............HIAK. As we going back down to the base, we missed to take video here....... but nmv lar.......... it was so so so the 'chi gek' excited, screaming and yelling for no reasons. Again, somebody must holds some peoples hand. jajajajajajaaaaaaaa..............

That's all for our 2nd day trip, was so tired but we still went for swim after we got back to hotel. Dinner in hotel right after swimming. Last thing to do must go out have drinking session.

END OF 2ND TOUR

Day 03

Pack pack and ready for flight back to KL...........home sweet hom. I enjoyed this holiday trip with u guys so much, thanks & hope we can do it again........yea
