Im always attend rpm workshop but never go for the 2nd day. Well actually i've been doing replacement all the time, and i went this time and it was the last workshop of the year and very the siao......... i mean myself.
1st bodycombat, kick kick then legs work......and about that part was really hurt after that, even now my hamstrings screaming while walking. Body attack was fun but i know i was playing around but hey...... i tried my best to stay till the end, yup during the attack my feeds were hurt so bad already. Rest beside during bodywive and did a lot GILA things with bj instructor.......... we were having so much fun rite bj inst..........hahaha??? then came back from lunch for bodypump........... oh yes....... i like the tricep track so much, it's painful, it's crazy, it's challenging & it's............wooohooohooo..... ouch ouch ouch......... of coz cannot 4get bout my favourite class RPM still, got the power climb in this release & really tough too. Got to start study it coz got only 2 weeks to go.
Great, now not only my hamstrings, my arms, shoulders & back muscles........... klac klac klac ............ but im good............went for jam master class in taipan to gether with all the jammers........then my rpm in jaya.......... just didn't manage to finish bj instructor's class. Guess my whole body now is completely burning, crawing on the floor & rolling on the bed can't even move like normal..............
At the end, everything is worth it.................2mrw holiday...........yes no class & no gym......... but need to go out for a smooth jogging..............hahahaha. Cheers all my frens, happy learning ur new release.............. jam again during launch............... huhhaaahh......
