Really can't watch my self in the video as i knew that i made some mistakes but the question now is should i send my video to Les Mills now? or i should try to shoot 2nd video again? if i wanna to take the 2nd time i'll do it in hartamas, who knows?
Si fu alexander was helping me and he looked bore during the class, i knew he miss the bike so much and really wanted to get on the bike as he watching us riding. Poor guy my si fu..............
Ask him for comments but he asked me go home & watch the video first then we discuss about it b4 my next step...............
